Professional instructors teach fitness classes at the Farmers Market. Classes typically start at 9 a.m., but read the descriptions below for specific class set up instructions. The Farmers Market takes place in the parking lot of City Hall, 300 Park Ave.

  • Saturday, October 6 at 9 a.m.: Falls Church Jazzercise
    This class combines dance cardio with high-intensity intervals while incorporating yoga, Pilates, and strength training to get your endorphins pumping and calories burning long after the workout is over.
     
  • Saturday, October 13 at 9 a.m., Arrive Early for Set Up: Corepower Yoga
    Get ready for a physically intense workout rooted in the mindfulness of yoga. Whether you’ve practiced yoga for years or never taken a class, we cater to you! 45 minute class; arrive 20-15 minutes early; bring your own mat; limited mats available.
     
  • Saturday, October 20 at 9 a.m.: WERQ
    Sarah Berry leads a cardio dance class based on pop and hip-hop. For all dance and fitness levels.
     
  • Saturday, October 27 at 9 a.m.: Dancing Mind
    This physical power flow yoga class will empower and transform your body, mind, and spirit. Teachers are trained in Baptiste Power Yoga style. The class is intentionally challenging and fun, leaving you rinsed out, refreshed, and inspired! Bring your own mat; limited mats available.
