The newly expanded and renovated library is now open to the public regular hours! Visitors to the library are required to wear a mask while in the building, regardless of vaccination status. Curbside pickup service, our digital collection, and our online research tools continue to be available for anyone unable to come into the library.

Mask Requirement Visitors to the library (and library staff) are required to wear a mask while in the building, regardless of vaccination status.
Hand Sanitizing Stations Hand sanitizing stations have been set up throughout the library. 
Curbside Pickup Contactless curbside pickup service continues to be available at the newly expanded and renovated building (120 N. Virginia Avenue) Monday-Friday from 12 pm - 4 pm. 
meeScan Mobile Checkouts Library materials can be checked out directly from the shelves - bypassing lines at self-check stations or the service desks - using the meeScan app on your phone. 
WiFi/Mobile Printing Print jobs can now be sent from home or from your own device in the library via our new WiFi/mobile printing service
Adult, Children's & Teen Programs Book discussions, storytime, and most other adult, children's, and teen programs continue to be virtual. Some high contact programs, like 1-on-1 computer tutoring, are suspended during COVID. Check our event calendar for a complete list of upcoming programs. 
Meeting Rooms Group study rooms are now available. Conference rooms, however, will not be available to use or reserve until October. Learn more...

Library Card Applications Don't have a card? Apply for one online and we will mail it to you!
Library to Your Door No-cost home delivery of library materials can be provided to any City of Falls Church resident who cannot use our curbside service because they are physically unable. Learn more...
