Based on the CDC’s new metrics, the City of Falls Church will no longer require masks for the public or employees in City government facilities, including City Hall, the Community Center, and the Mary Riley Styles Public Library. Masks Optional Masks and social distancing are welcome but not required. 
Hand Sanitizing Stations Hand sanitizing stations have been set up throughout the library. 
Curbside Pickup Contactless curbside pickup service continues to be available at the newly expanded and renovated building (120 N. Virginia Avenue) whenever the library is open. 
meeScan Mobile Checkouts Library materials can be checked out directly from the shelves - bypassing lines at self-check stations or the service desks - using the meeScan app on your phone. 
WiFi/Mobile Printing Print jobs can now be sent from home or from your own device in the library via our new WiFi/mobile printing service
Adult, Children's & Teen Programs Some programs are being offered in person, but many programs continue virtually. High contact programs, like 1-on-1 computer tutoring, are suspended during COVID. Please check our event calendar for a complete list of upcoming programs. 
eResources Download eBooks, eAudiobooks, magazines, and music. Access newspaper indexes, genealogical tools, and more. All from home! Learn more...
Library Card Applications Don't have a card? Apply for one online and we will mail it to you!
Library to Your Door No-cost home delivery of library materials can be provided to any City of Falls Church resident who cannot use our curbside service because they are physically unable. Learn more...
