The City of Falls Church Recreation and Parks Department will present its annual Art Show and Sale April 24-25, featuring original artwork by art students, city residents and employees. On Friday, April 24 from 5-8 p.m. the event kicks off with an opening reception.
Location: G level Corridor of City Hall (300 Park Avenue)
Admission is free
Artists interested in participating may leave their work with staff at the Falls Church Community Center beginning Monday, April 20 and no later than noon on Friday, April 24.
City residents and employees of all ages are invited to submit original artwork to the Annual Falls Church City Art Show & Sale (limit two submissions per person). Submissions can be framed or unframed.
Paintings (watercolor, oil, or acrylic)
Drawings (pencil or pastel)
Artists must include their name, phone number, and selling price (if interested in selling the artwork) on the back of each entry. Submissions from children K-12 must also include their grade and age.
Entries hung on the walls of the G Corridor can stay until May 4. All other entries must be picked up from the Community Center no later than 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 25.
