Taste of Falls Church at the Fall Festival

  • 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Community Center Parking Lot (223 Little Falls St.) and Cherry Hill Park (312 Park Ave.)
This beloved annual event features include live entertainment, pony rides, children's amusements, crafters, businesses and civic organizations, a Beer Garden, and cuisine from city kitchens. 

Admission is free to the public, but amusement rides, taste tickets, and beer require the purchase of one or more tickets.

The event is held rain or shine!

Highlights from the 2017 Event

Beer Garden

New to the 2017 Taste of Falls Church: a Beer Garden! The Beer Garden will be located near the entertainment stage and serve a variety of beers from 11:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Anyone can enter the Beer Garden, but only those with a valid ID 21+ can purchase and consume alcohol. 

Tickets are $5 for a beer. Proceeds from the Beer Garden will benefit The Little City C.A.T.C.H. Foundation which supports arts and humanities in Falls Church, including Watch Night. 

Participating Taste of Falls Church Restaurants

Tickets are $3 per "taste" at each restaurant (some tastes may require two tickets). Event goers can purchase individual taste tickets or 10 taste tickets for $25.

  • The Great Zucchini (10 A.M.) He's Washington's funniest and most magical preschool and kindergarten entertainer, and he's kicking off the Fall Festival! Zucchini performs a colorful magic show where every child is a star and guaranteed to laugh!
  • Sudden M Pac Band (11:15 A.M.) This all R&B and Soul band will get you moving and shouting, "Ooooooh, that's my song!"
  • Hayley Fahey Band (12:30 P.M.) Fahey is a multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter with a soulful, sweet, powerful voice. She has a presence onstage that lights up a room, drawing influence from country, blues and folk.
  • Zakke (1:45 P.M.) Blending the Latin rhythms with a blast of Funk, Ska, Disco and Rock beats, Zakke is more than just a band, it’s a PARTY!
  • 40 Thieves (3 P.M.) One of DC's best-loved Irish bands, 40 Thieves wows crowds with old and new Irish music mingled with rock and roll.
