What's a Comprehensive Plan?
A comprehensive plan (or "comp plan") is a document that guides development and future growth in the City of Falls Church for the next 20-25 years. It shapes the places we live, work, shop, and play in The Little City.

The City's Comprehensive Plan is divided into 10 topic-based chapters. The chapters that will be updated next are Demographics, Housing, and Natural Resources.
