The Community Meeting will include a presentation about the Schools Related Parcel, the Gordon Road Triangle, and West End Planning Opportunity Areas (POAs) followed by breakout sessions where participants can provide feedback through group discussion and written comments. 

What is a Small Area Plan?
A small area plan (or SAP) defines a vision for redevelopment in a relatively small area of the City (usually 10 blocks or less). It helps shape the places we live, work, shop, and play in the City of Falls Church. The City's SAP is divided into eight Planning Opportunity Areas (POA).
