The City of Falls Church has established this system to facilitate communications between City staff and the citizens and users of city services. We encourage any feedback and input you might have, and are committed to responding to all of your inquiries.

To submit a comment or request (submission) to the City, please follow the link on the right. You will be directed to a web page with a submission form to fill out. This submission form, upon completion, will be routed to the city office which can most appropriately address your issue.

Please take the time to carefully and accurately fill in the submission form. Whenever possible, please provide contact information and as much detail relative to your request as possible.

Once you have submitted a request, you will be able to proactively review actions taken and status of your submission. Should you have any follow up questions, you can request additional information.
