The GEORGE Bus is no longer in service.

Metro
The City of Falls Church is serviced by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority's Metrobus and Metrorail systems. Though located just outside of City borders, the East and West Falls Church Metrorail stations provide convenient access to downtown Washington, D.C. and other area destinations.
