Winter/Spring 2013 Registration is now open to all City residents and non-residnts! See the Registration Information webpage for details on how to register, as well as refund policies and the refund request form.

Winter/Spring:
City Res. Jan. 2, Non-City Jan. 9
Summer: City Residents May 13, Non-City May 20
Fall: City Res. August 19, Non-City August 26

Photo & Rehearsal Schedule

Programs, activities, and classes are divided into day and evening sessions. Day sessions include all activities that take place or start between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Evening sessions include all activities that take place or start after 3 p.m.

Depending on weather conditions, it is possible that activities may be cancelled for the day session and held for the evening session or vice versa. For up-to-date information, please call the inclement weather hotline at 703-248-5125 (TTY 711). Classes are not held on City-observed holidays, unless otherwise noted.



Summer Camp 2013 Registration is now OPEN!

NOTE: All campers must complete the EMERGENCY CARE FORM .

Please complete the Medication Forms if your child requires medication during camp hours. *
*Please schedule any medication to be administered before or after camp hours so that it can be administered at home. If this is not possible, please complete our Medication Administration Forms (two pages). Please note that we may not be able to administer medication at all camps and staff have the right to refuse to dispense medication. Any medication being administered must be in it's original container with its prescription label in-tact. Please keep in mind that we strongly encourage medication be administered at home. If you have questions, please contact Amy Maltese at amaltese@fallschurchva.gov.

Some camps require additional paperwork. All forms will be posted below when avaliable. Forms below are for Summer 2013.

The Falls Church Recreation & Parks Department's Tax ID is 546001271. You can obtain an official record of your child's participation in our programs in your online account. Your account will enable you to print a Childcare Statement that lists the camps attended, amount of money spent and the Tax ID.
