  1. City Council Meeting: Second Reading of Budget Ordinance, Tax Rates & CIP; Anticipated Adoption

    The City Council will hold a second reading and public hearing on the proposed budget ordinance, tax rates, and Capital Improvements Program. It is anticipated that the City Council will adopt the ordinances at this meeting. There will be a public comment opportunity.

  1. Street Sweeping - South of Broad St.

    April 30, 2018 - May 1, 2018 @ Residential areas South of Broad St.

    Residents that live South of Broad St. are asked to move vehicles off of residential streets (if possible) between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 30 and Tuesday, May 1. Street sweeping reduces the volume of pollutants entering local streams through the city's 900 storm drain openings. Parked vehicles reduce the effectiveness of the sweepers because most debris and pollutants accumulate in the gutter pan.
