Tree Commission
 The Tree Commission provides advice concerning the regulations governing the removal of trees from public and private property, and ensuring the replacement of adequate trees. It also advises on regulations concerning hazardous or diseased trees and on trees and plantings on City streets or property. The Commission makes recommendations on relevant legislation, plans, policies, and programs. The Tree Commission advises the City Council and City Manager.
Rules and ProceduresMeeting Schedule
Meets at 7:30 p.m. the third Wednesday of each month at City Hall in the Dogwood Room, G Level, 300 Park Avenue.

The five-member Commission is appointed by the City Council for three-year terms.
