The ordinance referenced below was given first reading on June 13, 2022. A public hearing, second reading, and final City Council action is scheduled for Monday, June 27, 2022 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.

(TO22-12) ORDINANCE TO APPROVE CONVEYANCE OF THE REAL PROPERTY AT 208 SOUTH GIBSON STREET [RPC NO. 52-309-005] TO THE CITY OF FALLS CHURCH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (EDA) IN ORDER THAT THE REFINANCING OF A TOTAL OF FIVE EDA OWNED VIRGINIA VILLAGE PROPERTIES MAY OCCUR AS PART OF THE AMAZON 3 PROJECT

(TR22-28) RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY AT 436 SHERROW AVENUE (RPC NO. 52-302-020) FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $788,000 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR THE PURCHASE
