Q: What's a recent project or task that you've worked on that you're either particularly proud of or enjoyed contributing to?
A: When it was time for our office to relocate for the City Hall renovation project, we had to move out of 300 Park Ave. on a Friday and set up everything at 400 N. It was a hectic couple of days, but I was proud of how our team came together to make the move as efficient as possible with minimal disruption to our services.

Q: What's a recent project or task that you've worked on that you're either particularly proud of or enjoyed contributing to?
A: Part of my job is helping residents with state income tax assistance. Recently, while I was working on state tax returns, I found state income tax money that was owed to several taxpayers in the City. I contacted the Virginia Department of Taxation on their behalf and since March and April of this year, I've helped eight City residents collect over $7,000 owed to them in past returns. It makes me smile to see them smile, and that's one of the reasons I like working for the City of Falls Church.
