City Council Liaison


The 5-member Commission provides advice and guidance to the City Council and the City Manager about the management and operation of the City's Stormwater and sanitary sewer systems. The Public Utilities Commission is established by City Code Chapter 42, Article 5, "Public Utilities Commission," which was recently updated by Ordinance 2036 at the December 13, 2021 City Council Meeting (staff report with background information here).
