Rates are assessed when the application is processed and approved. The approved application form and an invoice will be mailed to the applicant.

Payment is due upon receipt of the approved application form and the accompanying invoice. Rentals are subject to cancellation if payment is not received when due.


A refundable security deposit of $200 is required to rent the gymnasium. A security deposit may be required for use of other rooms, depending on the type of activity to be held in the room.

Important Notes

  • Rental fees include normal room set up.
  • An additional $40 hourly fee (per staff member) applies when facilities are reserved outside of normal operating hours. Subject to the Director's approval.
  • Cancellations by the user are subject to a 20% service charge if made more than 5 business days in advance. Cancellations made 5 business days in advance or less will not be refunded.
