Proposed Changes to the Comprehensive Agreement (as of December 2020)

At the December 14 City Council meeting, this PowerPoint presentation was shared. It shows the highlights of changes to the project's Comprehensive Agreement, as proposed by the developer, Falls Church Gateway Partners (FCGP).

Timeline in Regards to the Proposed Changes

Join an MS Teams Meeting on a Phone or Tablet

1. Click the meeting link provided; in this case, www.fallschurchva.gov/TownHall.
2. Download the Teams app for your device when prompted
   • Type in your name.
   • Choose the audio and video settings you want.
3. Select "Join Now."
4. You will be admitted to the meeting.

Join an MS Teams Meeting on the Web or through a Web Browser on a Desktop Computer or Laptop

1. Click or copy and paste the meeting link provided; in this case, www.fallschurchva.gov/TownHall.
2. You have two choices:
   • Download the MS Teams app, or
   • Join on the web instead.
3. Type in your name.
4. Choose the audio and video settings you want.
5. Select "Join Now."
6. You will be admitted to the meeting.
