About the Project
The City of Falls Church has issued a Request for Conceptual Proposals (RFP) for the West Falls Church Economic Development Project. The 10-acre City-owned site is located near the intersection of Route 7 and Interstate 66 and the West Falls Church Metro Station. The land is part of a 34.6 acre George Mason High School & Mary Ellen Middle School campus. By a separate contract, the Falls Church School Board will build a new high school at a different location on the campus and thereby free up approximately 10 acres of land for economic development.

View the RFP on the City's Solicitation Postings Page.
