Request for Proposals (RFP): Camps & Classes - Recreational Programs.

Proposals may be submitted at any time for review and evaluation for potential award by the City.

Proposals are due at various points throughout each year ( to coincide with the City's Park and Recreation Brochure publications) as follows:

• September 15th of each year  for: Winter/Spring classes and professional days (January-May), Spring Break Camps (March/April), Summer Camps (June-August)
• February 15 of each year for : Summer Classes (June-August)
• April 15th of each year for: Fall Classes and Professional Days, Winter Break Camps (December)
